If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost and cover any shipping charges. Please provide photos of the damage or defect along with your order number to facilitate the replacement process.
If you receive an incorrectly labeled product or if we send you the wrong item, notify us immediately. We will send the correct item and handle any shipping fees involved. There is no need to return the incorrect item unless requested.
Please note that we do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or items incorrectly ordered by customers. Each product is printed on demand according to your specific selection and cannot be exchanged or returned for reasons other than product defects or fulfillment errors.
