All Escapen products are printed and shipped from facilities located within the United Kingdom ensuring fast delivery and compliance with local standards.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

  • Review your shipping confirmation email to confirm there were no errors or typos in your delivery address.
  • Check with your local delivery depot or Royal Mail sorting office to see if they are holding your parcel for collection.
  • Check with your neighbours or building reception — couriers may leave parcels in a safe place or with a neighbour if no one is available to sign.

Important Policy Notes

If your package is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, you must notify us within 15 days of the estimated delivery date to be eligible for a replacement or refund (subject to the terms outlined in our Return & Refund Policy).
Please be aware: We cannot issue refunds or replacements for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure your address details are accurate before completing your purchase.
